Endless sales phone calls
We stayed at the PVC at Roundhouse Resort in December a year or two ago to spend time with friends who have a Roundhouse Resort time share in Pinetop, AZ. After our first stay, my husband began receiving weekly unsolicited sales phone calls from Diamond Resorts International. We stayed at the PVC at Roundhouse Resort again in December 2017 and told the management that he wanted our phone numbers put on the do not call list.
He continued to receive undesired computer generated phone calls to his cell phone and our landline in January, February, and March of 2018.
When attempting to telephone Diamond Resorts International it isn’t possible to talk to a human being. You are answered by a recording that replays over and over. Today I was put on hold at 1-877-374-2582 for 15 minutes waiting to contact a reservations agent. Miguel in Reservations transferred my call to the Marketing Department 1-888-249-8790 where I was on hold again for 3-4 minutes before speaking to Natalie in Las Vegas. She informed me that it takes up to 30 days for the computer sales system to remove a telephone number, so I asked to speak to a supervisor. She said I’d have to wait on hold because all of the supervisors were busy. I asked whether a supervisor could telephone me later when time permitted. She replied that now my telephone is on the do not call list, that would not be possible.
The resort is comfortable, our accommodations were good, and we enjoyed our stay. We object to unsolicited sales calls after a vacation.

Wow...totally unexpected
We are just finishing up three nights here using Diamond Resort points.
Myself, my daughter and grandson. Had no idea what it expect, just wanted to try a new resort in an area we have never visited. The Cabin is immaculate and huge with living room, huge kitchen, dining area, two nice bathrooms and two large bedrooms. Front porch with table and chairs. Three tv’s all with decent cable and movie channels. DVD in living room. Washer and dryer and fully equipped kitchen. Lots of grills scattered around the property.
Bocce ball, outdoor checkers, miniature golf, all on property. Not sure why the complaint about the pool from another guest.
It was just down the road from our cabin. An inside pool, hot tub, basketball court, pool table, ping pong, racquet ball court and fitness center.
Well worth the 100 deposit to make sure you return the key. In the reception area you can get free movies. Games, books. The wifi is excellent in the cabins. We got it free because we are gold Diamond resort members..not sure if there Is a charge otherwise. The local area is beautiful. The Apache Nation country is spectacular. Lots of good restaurants in the area. Visited Sunrise Mountain resort for fun activities. Staff is very helpful.
I am very impressed with this place, as with all the Diamond resort Facilities I have been to. Will definitely return some day because I want my husband to see it. Ps and the photos look exactly like the place.
