Vista Verde Beach Mate

We arrived early (2 hrs) sat 13 Oct and were met at reception by a very hospitable lady who checked and found our accommodation was ready (good start.)The accommodation was no 3 the always sunny side off bungalows vista verde.

The bungalow was large and had all you really needed for a holiday with TV and video recorder (nice touch ) DVDs are at reception to watch if you really need them.(remember your on Holiday.)

Large pool and very clean surroundings.

If you don’t want to cook breakfast you can go next door and get breakfast they will welcome you.

All centres are a fair distance away so taxis are a must.

The nice ladies at the reception will order you one if you ask.

We had a quiet and peaceful holiday at these bungalows except at night time you could hear a loud tone coming from somewhere behind bungalows (i never was able to solve this) but overall a 9 out of 10.

The lady does towel change at least 3 times a week& sheets once a week also a very nice lady On our last morning 8.50 am the lady from reception was there to say goodbye very nice

As you may of noticed from my review I had a good holiday in a nice place with nice people We will be back again

It you want peace and quiet this is the place. Small complex of bungalows overlooking the golf course.

Great swimming pool and small pool for children.

The accommodation was of good size but needs a good overhaul – a bit shabby but well equipped and clean with a nice patio area to the front. TV/DVD. Books and DVDs available in reception.

Found Wi-fi and safe charges very expensive. Baker calls every morning with fresh bread. Nothing for children apart from the pool.

There is no bar at the complex but you can get a meal at the bar at Golf Taysia, just a very short walk away, run by Helmut and Katerina – great hosts, very friendly – fab BBQ or Tapas on Sunday nights with a local Spanish guitarist to keep you entertained!!!!!!!! (in his 70’s) good fun.

Hotel nearby where you can eat and a good sized supermarket if you want to do your own catering. Staff at Vista Verde were great and made us feel welcome. DVD and toaster did not work and were immediately sorted out. No Air conditioning apart from a Ceiling fan in lounge, but we were given an adequate fan for the bedroom on request.

Nowhere to go in the evening apart from Taysia Bar – Short taxi ride to Maspalomas and Meloneras – 5 euros.- Boutique shops and fab restaurants. – Try Cafe del Mar – not cheap but food amazing and fab setting.

Staff very professional.

All in all a good cheap holiday.

Would recommend hiring a car which is cheap – don’t bother with Las Englasias. Like a ghost town.

Mogan worth a visit but costly if going by taxi.

Very quiet and cozy apartment. Fcosydly and helpful staff.

A holiday for all who prefer privacy and silence.

The apartments are well-equipped but would need less renovation.

Every morning, you can buy fresh bakery products from your local baker.

Internet is available for a fee.

My nan and grandad have a timeshare here, and me and my family have joined them out here a fair few times.

I remember going when I was a little girl and now I take my two young daughters for them to make great memories.

So quiet and relaxing with amazingly friendly staff. If you want to go on a lively holiday with loads of things going on around you, this is not the hotel for you.

It’s quiet and peaceful just how a holiday should be, but it is only a short taxi ride into the lively jumbo centre.

The staff make this hotel as they are always so friendly and chatty.

My nan has her birthday out there every year and the lady always makes her a cake and cracks open a bottle of champagne. Can’t wait to be going again in November :D
