Always a wonderful experience
We have stayed at Palm Beach Shores just about every year since 2000 and sometimes twice a year. It is always a wonderful experience.
The resort is always impeccably maintained.
The staff provide outstanding service. The Activities staff, in particular, under the leadership of Carol-Ann, do a fabulous job with activities throughout the day that appeal to all age groups.
The musical entertainment that is provided by the pool each day is excellent and a very nice feature.
We particularly enjoy Charly who is skilled in a wide variety of music and does a great job with the Name the Tune game.
The on-site restaurant is as good as any in the area and is reasonably priced. Over 30 years as RCI members, we’ve been to many resorts and this is #1!

Some good, some not so good
First time at Palm Beach Shores in a long time. Newly renovated rooms were very nice.
Staff hasn’t improved a bit. Most staff members are grouchy and make you feel like you’ve inconvenienced them.
Some of the maids were actually very nice. Handicap parking is a joke, far too few handicapped spaces, and the first night I walked from way back on the side of the building.
Long way for handicap person to tot baggage. Parking fee is an insult. No luggage carts, they explained they are for the valet staff, regular customers don’t need a cart because it’s only one building. Beach signs state no personal chairs, tents, etc allowed.
This is certainly not a Gold Crown Resort. Glad I don’t own here any more.
Nice location, Comfortable resort and Amenities!
Despite being an older resort, we had a very pleasant 3-week stay at Palm Beach Shores villas.
The nice features are everything is contained in one building, good restaurant with entertainment every night, a small fitness centre, nice outdoor pool with live entertainment and close access to a lovely beach!
Laundry room on each floor. Kitchen is small and hopefully, will be remodelled soon. Staff and maintenance people are wonderful.
Palm Beach Shores
This was our third visit to Palm Beach Shores Resort.
The resort is so lovely, well taken care of and clean. It could use some updates and we understand that process is underway now. All the staff here are friendly and helpful. They are knowledgable about the area and are able to recommend some good adventures, such as fishing excursions and places to visit.
The resort itself has many great extras like tours of Palm Beach, Sunset Cruises, the Christmas Light Cruise, and a shuttle service. Everything you might need is right on the grounds, the beach, the pool, the restaurant, and the Tiki Bar.
The Islander restaurant has entertainment every night, you can sit outside or inside and the Tiki Bar is a friendly place to gather with wonderful staff, who fast become friends. Lisa, Joel and Sydney are faces we look forward to seeing each year.
We were surprised at the number of people we spoke with who had been coming here for many years! Until next year!
End of year vacation at Palm Beach Shores Resort
This is the 2nd year we’ve stayed at this lovely resort and we plan to continue staying there. The Palm Springs airport is within 20 minutes from the resort which we took Lyft at a reasonable cost to the resort.
This is our first trip that we did not rent a car and we did just fine. Lots of dining and beach shops within walking distance and the dining at the resort was reasonable and very good with entertainment nightly. The resort provided a free grocery store trip one day which was nice.
We found all the employees extremely nice and very accomodating. Our condo was on the 6th floor which enabled us to view the beach and ocean.
However, there are large trees which will obstruct that view in the near future. The beach was clean with loads of sand which we enjoyed daily with the bar providing beach service which was nice!
Hopefully, we will return in a few months to enjoy it all again..
Time Share Jewel
We have been with RCI 33 years, best timeshare and I have been to many. We love the location and we feel at home. The resort has it’s own restaurant with live music nightly. Live music daily for 5 hours at the Pool. Great beach and awesome staff in all areas, from the front desk to concierge, to maintenance, pool staff, and recreation staff and Valet They have upgraded their internet, no issues with moves.
I really don’t want to write this, because I want this place all to myself.
Great area restaurants with many happy hours. nearby marina and boat dock. Only 20 minutes from west palm rosemary square and outlets.
Palm Beach Gardens, 20 minutes away, both areas have great shopping and restaurants. West Palm has a great theatre, outdoor weekend entertainment, improv theatre, movie theatre and renowned Clematis street with nearby parking.
Also, you have peanut island and good snorkelling. What else do you need?
My grandfather would say about this place, If a man can’t live like this he ought not live
