Many of the UK’s timeshare owners are currently tied into contracts with WorldMark by Wyndham,– one of the leading timeshare schemes in the USA.
There has been a huge increase in complaints and timeshare release enquires in recent months from customers with Wyndham.
Many concerns centre on the following factors:
If the contract with Wyndham was sold “in perpetuity” or you were pressured into a contract with little knowledge of the implications then you can claim against the resort or a timeshare release on the grounds of miss-selling.
If you believe you had a timeshare contract with Wyndham and you wish to be released from your timeshare scheme & points, please contact one of our experts at Mercantile Claims or fill in the form below.

Won’t Stay Again.
Stayed here for it’s centrally located convenience but won’t be returning. Had a second-floor unit (201) and there seemed to be an elephant or two in the third floor unit.
This started around 6am and lasted until midnight a couple times.
The walls for your neighbour next door must be uninsulated and only 3 inches thick. Could hear their TV and voices constantly. The people upstairs finally left and then I was told by the realty company that they were going to be doing remodelling from 9-5 all week.
This was more BS since 3 of the nights the workers were banging around and making noise after 10:00pm.
The condos are poorly designed since the bedroom is located where everybody walks to get to their condo.
It has the glass louvred windows and due to the heat and humidity, they do need to be open at night. Not everyone goes to be by 10pm either.
We were also arranging the cushions on the sofa and apparently the cleaning people only vacuum where they can see.
Behind and under the sofa was leftover food from god knows when. I’m now looking for other agencies and places to stay on Kauai for my next trip in the coming months.
Good views/Good Price - Too much Construction
The views and the price were great! We checked in on Friday and the first weekend was amazing. Then Monday came and we were subject to the construction going on in the unit right next to us. We were then given a notice mid-week to vacate our unit so they could spray.
I had to request them to wait and do this until after we checked out, which they did. But the day they were spraying the message obviously did not get passed on to the workers because the barged into our room anyway to their surprise I was standing there in my robe.
We noticed some money missing and one afternoon one of the maintenance workers knocked once and let himself in before I could get downstairs and he was surprised to see me.
He came up with a lame excuse that he needed to see how the dryer vent was hooked up.
After that we checked out, came home and called Garden Isle Properties and they refunded 1/2 of our week back to us.
If I didn’t love Kauai so much I would say it was awful. But hey, you are in paradise. I just won’t stay there again.
You’re better off at the Marriot in Lihue or the one in Poipu.
Great Staff Great Ocean View Very Average Resort
I shouldn’t complain too much since this was a gift but we wouldn’t stay there again.
Staff is lovely – very helpful & just wonderful.
Most rooms have a fantastic view of the ocean & you can hear it roaring 24/7 but you can’t swim as there is no beach. Very large & spacious rooms with a fully stocked kitchen.
No housekeeping if you are there for less than 8 nights (nights, not days) but you can get fresh linens.
The resort is in need of an update – no a/c & it was muggy; popcorn ceilings & worst of all, you can hear your neighbours clunking around.
No, the worst was the cockroaches! Needs better windows in the one bedrooms coz they are old & funky.
I don’t know the price but it might be suitable if you are on a budget & the price is right because again, the units are very spacious.
Small pool, very nice back lawn area.
You have to pay for internet access but can use the hotel’s computer. Great Staff!
