Owners of Club Monte Anfi often find themselves trapped in infinite contracts with rapidly increasing maintenance fees which ultimately stems from a mis-sold timeshare contract. Over recent years there have been a number of ground-breaking rulings regarding mis-sold timeshares by many timeshare groups and resorts which have resulted in refunds and compensation. Many owners of Anfi timeshare contracts are entitled to, or have already made claims.
There has been a huge increase in timeshare release enquiries and complaints from customers with Club Monte Anfi timeshares.
Many Anfi timeshare owners have chosen to terminate their timeshare on the grounds of:
Be carefull with Anfi vacation transport
We just spent one week in Monte Anfi resort. We have a membership since 2005.
Sometimes we stay in Monte sometimes in Puerto. The resort is great, we like to come back. Just could be better if they clean the room and change the towels every day. But i was very disappointed with their transport. They are waiting usually at the airport with the board Anfi club trying to catch people.
We honestly recommend you to take a taxi. Because with them 1. you need to wait until they find enough people at the airport to fill the bus. 2.they charge you even the babies without seat and children as adults (15-20€), what is not correct 3.
If you have some question or reclamation you need to find their office Anfi vacation club, where is just very arrogant slim lady, who doesn’t want to talk to you, if you are not Scandinavian 4. when you arrive at the resorts, you need to wait in each part of the resort for people to go out with their luggage (10-15 min each part).
So that’s, why we recommend taking a taxi, is cheaper and much more comfortable and faster (50€). Don’t get confused with their expensive and not comfortable bus.
Fill out your details below and we’ll get straight back.

fantastic holiday
Just back from a week at Club Monte Anfi.
From check in with lovely Pia on reception until we left, we had an amazing time.
The staff at Monte Anfi pool bar really made our holiday – Aora, Jose and especially Begona.
Rooms are spotless and have everything you could need. Mar de Tapas restaurant was our favourite. Octavio in Havana bar was so friendly and really helpful. Only thing which let it down slightly was staff at Maroa. Considering how excellent all staff are on the complex, Maroa staff are unhelpful and miserable. Maybe they should see the staff at Monte Anfi pool bar to see how yo treat customers properly.
Overall though Anfi is an amazing place and would thoroughly recommend it

Pia is the best!
Had some minor issues when we arrived last Wednesday night but the wonderful woman at the reception desk named Pia made every thing all right. She is professional, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Never too busy to answer a question, and seems to know everything. Club Monte Anfi is well-represented by Pia!
This is heaven
Club Monte Anfi is a wonderful place to stay. The apartment is very spacious and the terrace is just huge. The swimming pools are clean and fun. There is a superette nearby, but it’s rather expensive so I would recommend going down to Arguineguin for your groceries. The entire Anfi resort is what I call my second home.
Great place for families and couple, it has everything you need!!!
It was my wife, my 2 year old and my first trip to club anti monte. As we rode up on the bus provided by Anfi, the site oozed quality.
This quality continued into the rooms which was spacious, clean and had great views of one of the many swimming pools and the private beach.
Throughout the day there was plenty to do, from the swimming pools, beautiful walks, and organised activities.
In the evening there were 6 restaurants which were well priced and provided quality food which my son even ate. Our meals were set in front of the stage which had shows for the kids and later the whole family.
overall Anfi was amazing! polite enthusiastic staff, clean, organised, exciting and loads to do. The only problem was that we were only there for one week
Relaxing its Like going home
We have been going here for about 23 years, first at the Anfi beach club, then the rest at Monte Anfi. We wouldn’t keep going back if we didn’t enjoy it.
The place is very good, but it is beginning to show its age.
Plenty of places to eat on site but can be expensive, we tend to go into Puerto Rico.
Plenty of sunbeds with plenty of umbrellas.
We were there in May 2016 we had good weather all week and that makes it a better holiday

We have been owners at Monte Anfi for 20 years and it saddens me to say; Monte Anfi you need to do better. While the apartments remain in excellent condition having the same decor and amenities that were there 20 years ago is not acceptable in a 5 star resort.
Our apartment was on the ground floor with no privacy at all from the pool nor walkway meaning we had to keep our bedroom curtains closed at all times and were unable to get the best use of the terrace. The service has lost that previous 5 star sparkle, our rep contacted us once never to be heard from again despite or perhaps because we were unhappy with the apartment. I will note that customer service did eventually offer a move to Tauro but on this occasion, Tauro was not suitable for us, we prefer it there and will be staying there in future. Lastly Anfi you need to improve the entertainment, previously while it may have been regarded as somewhat cheesy it was good family entertainment now it is just awful.

Great location with some very poor staff attitude
My family and I own an apartment at Monte Anfi. The resort itself is really nice. Rooms are nice and clean. since we arrived on Saturday 22/06/13 we have found most not all of the taxi drivers have no interest in the tourists at all, its give me your money and go away, there is no please or thank you, maybe it’s a cultural thing if so not impressed at all.
Last night we went for a meal in the Anfi resort in a restaurant called Moroa bar & restaurant. my wife had pasta and one of my sons had fish, my other son and I had lasagne when the meal arrived it just did not look right when I tasted the outside of the meal it was lukewarm when I tasted the centre of the meal it was cold. I alerted the staff regarding the problem, they asked if they could make us another one I said no as I had realised they had batch cooked the lasagne and could not even heat the meal to the correct temperature. No one came and spoke to us regarding the problem. No one apologised.
I then complained to the hotel and guess what,24 hours later nothing was done about it. the resort maybe nice but don’t expect to come here for any pleasantries from the Spanish people, even when they take your money. Shops are very expensive, Trips are very expensive. Don’t come here for any local tastes or delicacies you will be disappointed. I will be glad to go home to have some good food.

Arrived in the middle of the night Saturday night/ Sunday morning, and checked in, we had a hire car so asked for car parking, which is charged at 7 euros per day on a weekly basis. Got our room keys and were on the 2nd floor, asked for a high floor, but reception said they do not allocate rooms??
Anyway, the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Climbed into bed, only to be woken at 6.00 am by staff moving equipment around outside and in a vacant apartment over us., this continued most days, but even if we moved I think this would have happened in any apartment. The complex is very large and has many good features, lots of places to eat and drink, but they are on the expensive side. The 4 of us had a dinner bill of 100 euros each night and we only had a main course and a couple of drinks. The apartment does need to be updated. the music system is old and even has a cassette player, the TVs are old, the apartment could have done with a paint job, and the bedding whilst spotlessly clean, was worn, as where the fittings in the bathroom…. We own at Marriott, and our management fee is spent on upgrading the resort every year, I think Anfi spend it on the external appearance. which is good. Would we go again, maybe if we wanted to go the Gran Canaria, but sorry Anfi, if you were on a percentage score we would only be looking at 75 percent, but with a bit more attention to detail, you could easily be up there in the 90 percent plus category. Go spend some money on the apartments, it will be well worth it.

If Club Monte Anfi thinks it is 5 star standard they are deluded .
The furniture and fixtures are as old as the building itself . Have just spent a week in a Penthouse and can honestly say that disappointed and embarrassed are my weeks emotions regarding the resort . As well as the apartment itself being old and tatty it wasn’t very clean either . The resort is not what it used to be , there is red tape sealing off more areas than ever and less and less facilities operational each year. I’m not sure now if Anfi could ever become 5 star and Gold crown in the future without a massive financial injection .
