CLC taster week
Stayed as part of the CLC taster week. did not succumb to ‘the talk’ as we did not feel that the length of the commitment was value for money. The standard of the accommodation is reasonable – above average budget standard. All appliances are provided but guests will need to buy detergent and washing up liquid. I’m not too sure how often the cleaner comes to do the floors and the baths but bin bags are provided.
Brace yourself for a huge site – the resort is massive but there is resort transport (free) to get you around. Access to the pool seems to be by the specific part of the resort you are staying in but we timed our swims to the quieter times of the day. As we had travelled with small children there is not much to do and the swimming was a bonus as the kids seemed to enjoy that.
All in all our stay was average – nothing earth-shattering to write about.

Top experience
We stayed in a studio apartment there is everything you could need. Even a washing machine.
The only concern I would alert you to is if your apartment has an adjoining door to next door you do hear them conning and Going so unless its the same families staying next door this will interrupt your peace.
The entertainment in the evenings is a good quality. Drinks reasonably priced.
When ordering lunch at the bar just check that it is what you want, I ordered a hot dog this came in a dry bun no butter. Onions or sauce and on the side was a packet if crisps no salad. The table next to us ordered the burger and that came fully loaded chips. Salad the lot.
We also attended one of their sales events as part of the deal and there was NO hard sell if it is for you fine if not they just shake your hand and wish you well for the rest of your holiday , the real plus is if you become a member you ALWAYS get a hot tub with your room

After experiencing a not so good holiday with club la Costa earlier this year due to the accommodation they provided this was much better.
The apartments were bigger and better and comfortable.
They had everything we needed.
We had two apartments between all of us and it worked well.
Check in was fine and setting up was fine.
The resort it lovely and they have a train that helps take you from stop to stop and it quite long to walk everywhere.
The mini club was great our son really enjoyed it. They had a mixture of things to do that he really enjoyed.
The entertainment was ok.
We all had a good time.
Relaxing
Just got back from staying here for a week and it was very enjoyable,apartment was a lovely size with plenty it room in lounge,bedroom and bathroom with plenty of storage space for your clothes,we had eggs, bread, milk, bottle of water left in the fridge from the hotel which I thought was a lovely thing to do because we didn’t go into the apartment until after 3pm.
It was like being in your own little village and the train that goes around hourly was ideal for getting around and finding the different restaurants and shops in site.
The only downside for us was having to walk to the main road to get a bus into Fuengirola to get food shopping because onsite shops were limited to what they stocked and quite expensive.
Amazing experience
Just got back from a family holiday. Had an amazing experience.
Couldn’t fault it. Highly recommended.
The kids club was great and my son loved it and wanted to go every day.
The cleaning service was amazing and the ladies were very efficient
The spa was great. I had facial there and I would definitely recommend it.
